Dr. Audenart listens to all my concerns and questions. He didn’t hesitate to repeat pain testing and go over my concerns a second time. He referred me on to a great endodontist. Dr. Audenart took the time to meet with another great referral, an orthodontist, to come up with the best treatment plan. He also patiently discussed the plan with me :) He’s been kind to me and I love his “chill vibes” around dentistry. Jodi is so lovely as the first person you will see, and always promptly communicates. Thank you for taking care of me Dr. A & Team!

Dr. Audenart and the dental hygienists took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. They displayed a high level of expertise, and it was evident that they genuinely care about their patients' oral health. I am scared of the dentist and always always scared of being judged because I am awful at keeping my teeth in good an healthy order. I have a broken tooth that ended up being infected a week ago. The people here at Mountview were AMAZING. My phone services are currently off so I can't make or receive calls and they handled everything through email for me. They got me in ASAP for an emergency appointment and then did what they could to clear time for me next week to get the necessary work done. I did not feel judged at all and everyone was super super nice and personalable and I don't usually use the phrase customer service for places like dental offices but the customer service was outstanding. Thank you to Jody and Ryan and the hygienist (I'm sorry I missed your name) for making a really icky place (dental office in general) feel comfortable and less scary. I'm not looking forward to my root canals but I am looking forward to having you guys handle it. So much so that we're planning on making you guys our family dentist.

I’m not one to visit the dentist often, mainly because having someone work on my teeth makes me very uncomfortable. However, my experience at
Mountview Dental - Dr. Ryan Audenart Dental was exceptional. They repaired a cavity for me, and I was amazed at how comfortable and painless the entire process was. The dentist was professional, gentle, and really put me at ease. The dental assistant was also incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole experience even better. I think I might not be afraid of the dentist anymore—who knew that was possible? Highly recommend for anyone who’s nervous about dental work!
